How often is the house serviced? Every 8 days a full service is provided FREE. If you would like extra services during your stay the cost is: $250 for a linen and bath clean service $550 for a full service not including terraces or window Is there security car parking? Yes, Villa Vivante has a parking for 2 in the Villa’s  garage/gamesroom…there is parking for a 6 further cars. What are the bedding arrangements? There are 5 bedrooms…4 bedrooms  have king beds  and 1 bedroom has 3 king single beds all have bathrooms and the Villa sleeps a total of 11. Villa Vivante Entertainment? There is a 12 person theatre also a  games room, gym, tennis, austar, ipods,pool and spa. Are cots and high chairs available? Yes, also baby was tub,cot and playpen. What is the beach like? You are only 5 minutes drive to 3 of Coffs best beaches. Is there internet connection? No we suggest you bring a Telstra or Optus Pre Paid mobile broadband for your Laptop.
